Balloons expansion pliers that makes it easier to fill balloons with, for example, confetti. To fill the balloon, gently place the balloon on the tip of the pliers. Pressing the tool's tip will expand the neck, allowing for easy filling with confetti. Finally, we inflate and tie the balloon. The product's dimensions are approximately 9.5x21.3 cm.
